CRISPR-Gene Specific Duo Set

The CRISPR-Gene Specific Duo Set is a ready-to-use gene-editing solution designed to simplify CRISPR-Cas9 applications in mammalian cells. Built on the natural prokaryotic immune system, the CRISPR-Cas9 system enables precise gene knock-out (KO) or knock-in (KI). Each Duo Set includes two pre-designed, high-efficiency guide RNAs (gRNAs) with low off-target potential, cloned into the pGL3-U6 vector for effective targeting of most human, mouse, and rat genes. Users can simply co-transfect the gRNA plasmids with a compatible Cas9 expression vector (such as pST1374-NLS-Cas9 or pST1374-NLS-Cas9-EGFP) into their target cells. The system also supports in vitro gRNA production and is available in AAV or lentiviral delivery formats. Custom mouse and rat gene-editing services are available.
