GST-cJun Xpress Clones Human c-Jun serves as phosphorylation target for JNK in vivo and in vitro. pKG-cJun(1-79) expresses a fusion protein of GST and human c-Jun amino acid residues 1-79 upon IPTG induction in an appropriate E. coli strain, such as DH5α, BL21, TG1, JM109 or XL1-Blue. pKG-cJun-M express the same fusion protein but with the JNK phosphorylation sites mutated, so it can be used as a negative control in in vitro kinase assays. - 20 ug
